HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is free for all orders over $49.99. Most orders that do include a shipping cost, ship for $5.99.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your Order Confirmation Email will have your Estimated Delivery Dates. We work really hard to meet or beat these Estimated Delivery Dates.

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDER DO YOU USE TO SHIP?

We primarily use USPS or FEDEX to ship merchandise. Otherwise we use UPS. The USPS can generally get a package anywhere in the 48 continental states within 2-4 business days including Saturday. For international orders, we typically ship using DHL.

DO YOU SHIP TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL U.S.?

We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

Shipping costs for orders outside of the U.S. vary depending on where the order is being shipped. To determine the shipping cost, add an item(s) to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. After entering your shipping address, the calculated shipping rate will be displayed.

Please also note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional fees, tariffs and brokerage fees on top of the postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information once your purchase has shipped.

RETURNS

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can return merchandise within 30 days after your order has been received for either:

a) Store credit with free return shipping, or
b) A credit card refund less the cost of return shipping.

Some items marked "final sale" cannot be returned. We want you to be happy, so please email us at any time at dan@kindlycoffee.com and we'll work something out for you. Not a problem

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Please email dan@kindlycoffee.com and include the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. What items you'd like to return
  3. Refund preference: either a) store credit with free return shipping, or b) a credit card refund less the cost of return shipping.
  4. Reason you want to return the product (we love feedback)

If you do not have all of this information, please email is anyway and we will help you straighten it out.

CAN I PAY FOR MY OWN RETURN SHIPPING?

RETURNING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER

Unfortunately we are unable to provide our international customers with a prepaid return label. As a result, international customers are responsible for return shipping.

You can return merchandise within 30 days after your order has been received if the item is undamaged and unworn for either:

a) Store credit, or
b) A credit card refund

Please email dan@kindlycoffee.com to request a return label for the item you need to return. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and we'll refund you for your return.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE AN EXCHANGE?

Normally, yes. We can issue an exchange on products which were purchased in our online. We can't guarantee an exchange for products purchased in a sales, but we'll do our best to accommodate you, so please email us and we'll see what we can do.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we've received the product(s) you'd like to return, we will refund your credit card which usually takes between 3-5 business days to process with your bank. We'll be sure to notify you via email once we've received your return and your refund has been processed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for no charge. If it is beyond 24 hours, you may be subject to a shipping and handling fee to return the products to Kindly Coffee. We would like to be as accommodating as possible so please email us at dan@kindlycoffee.com or call us at 612-408-1828 right away with you cancellation request.

MY NON-REFUNDABLE OR FINAL SALE ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO ME DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
